How the lanes work

A shipment starts at 105-106 Almas Heights, PECHS Block 2, Shahrah-e-Faisal. It is booked, collected, and put on an air service out of Pakistan. More than 200 destination services sit on the other side, from the Gulf to Europe, North America, and beyond.

The receiver name and the destination country stay on the tracking page, with every city the parcel actually passes.

Duty paid, on selected lanes

Some destinations can travel duty paid. The import charge is arranged before the flight, so the person receiving it is not asked to pay at the door. Ask the desk before you book. The option is offered on lanes such as these.

From the first booking to the last handover

  1. Booked in Karachi

The parcel is logged at the Shahrah-e-Faisal desk and given a tracking number.

  2. Flown out

It leaves Pakistan on an air lane and is watched through each airport stop.

  3. Cleared

Customs is handled on the far side. On duty-paid lanes, that charge is already arranged.

  4. Handed over

The local courier takes the last mile. The tracking page keeps every stop.
